finally. after deleting a gazillion 'first posts' i SWEAR i will not delete this one, nor delete this blog. well, check the more about me bit to ... know more about me? LOL
zomgg i'm so happy that today is ACTUALLY FRIDAY. thank god. but seriously, i've procrastinated sooooo much. i really need to stop, but man, who can live without procrastination?
well today was just another normal day at school, just chilling with my friends at snack and everything. i couldn't sit with them at lunchtime though -cries- cause i had environmental committee! well i just HAD to go today, cause i didn't go last time and i felt soooooo bad :(
in the meeting, we made posters for the countdown till EARTH HOUR! (you better know what earth hour is, or else you are a disgrace to all human beings!) nah jk, i'll give a brief description anyway :] earth hour is the hour that people around the world turn off their lights and this happens every year! hopefully more major cities join this time! but we saw the official video for earth hour, and it was just so touching, seeing all the cities with their major attractions like the eiffel tower and stuff turn off their lights. seeing people chanting in candlelight, holding hands with coldplay music in the background is always emotional :'D
it was also australia clean up day today, so i went with a bunch of friends and some other kids from our school to pick up rubbish :] the area wasn't exactly HEAPED with rubbish, but there was quite a lot of stuff everywhere...kinda made me sad, i mean, it's not like bins don't exist -.- what makes me upset the most is seeing rubbish RIGHT NEXT TO THE BIN. i mean seriously, are you THAT lazy to not put it in the bin itself? sigh.
anyway gotta sign off now, internet is about to go out! (yes, the horrors of living in boarding house) and i will now try and get some homework done :] i'll post again tomorrow (if i remember that is)

haii :]
as you know, i'm charmaine and i'm from hong kong (hk ftw!) but i go to all girls boarding school in melbourne. if you check my blog often,
you'll know that i'm a really bad blogger...this is my (enter large number here) th blog that i've tried to maintain...
the others kinda died because i never update or do anything, but i promise, i'll try my best to keep this one alive! :D
well i guess i'm doing this blog for fun, and for filling my time when i feel like procrastinating, like now.

i kinda like a little bit of everything. i like listening to korean songs, japanese songs, chinese/canto songs and also english songs.
yeah i know i'm pretty weird since i like asian stuff and english stuff, but i guess thats just the way i am x]
but there's one thing that i don't like, and thats metal. (i call it screamo LOL) sorry for all you people out there who like it,
but let me just say im not a big fan of it, kay?
tv shows, movies, etc
i like to watch anime, asian dramas and english tv shows! as i have said before, yeah i'm like asian and white at the same time in terms of personality LOL
i've kinda stopped watching anime since i don't want to get addicted (which i have in the past), and same goes for asian dramas and english tv shows.
yeah i know, pretty sad, life without tv, but i never seem to find the time to drag myself up to sit in front of the tv in the games room.
i like watching uber sad stuff or uber funny stuff, and i really really like romance :] (yes, i'm still waiting for my knight in shining armour)
and when the movie is sad, i cry my eyes out. call me emo, but i like crying. i reckon it lets out all the stress, all the things that you can't tell people about.
it gives you an excuse to cry.
